This year Halloween was all about easy! Claire was a Rubiks Cube, Brigham was a Jedi, Boyd was a bum/ backwoods hermit (anything to wear the beard)...then the older kids dressed up to help out with the 'party' and trunk-or-treat at church...Samantha was Bellatrix LeStrange (from Harry Potter), Ike was a cowboy, Nate was at practice so therefore absent and Eli was a mafia man. The best part was that everyone kind of took care of themselves! Halloween is fun holiday but when life is busy it was nice to see that the kids took it upon themselves to have a good time and were satisfied with whatever costumes I suggested!
