Why Now?

Blogs have always been interesting to me and fun to look at but I have to say that I have marvelled at the time others would put into something that is not permanent. Yet here I sit contributing to the overall conglomeration we call the world wide web. What brought me here now at this stage in time? Well, my sweetheart and the father of my children in this 'nuthouse' will be out of town for a total of 12 months in the next 18. He will be home for the occasional weekend but mostly he will be gone so I thought...."what better way to keep him up on the day to day nonsense then to show him" In both word and occasionally an image--no matter how inconsequential here is where we (those in the nuthouse) will share what he is not able to experience.
